You could be right.. My gut feel is that Byrnecut will seem the most attractive option with the business and mining support they can offer with their subsidiary companies along with the sheer amount of equipment and manning they have available in the state. It will be a very important contract for either business and I'm sure whoever wins it will throw everything that have at KV.
