I guess the strategy is somehow clear to me.
1. Gina buy 19.9% stake to push ALB (or anyone else) away.
2. Rasing capital and using investors' money to fill the gap of fundingfor ltr
3. Gina will be in better position for either making an offer as $2 or $2.5 or not making any offer (she's the biggest holder anyway)
anyway, can't run away now & all thanks to Gina's great strategy!!
no offence to anyone here but it is not a gthanksreat news for investors either long term or short term. Pleas.e don't quote me or question on this.
