Can someone explain to an LTR tourist like me why the company did the raising at such a massive discount if it was over subscribed? Why give the shorts such a great win at the expense of retail holders? Is this Gina's impact by destroying the takeover and any premium for control? thanks and commiserations... I've taken an equal beating on Tesla and Pls so i feel your pain.
