DFS November 21 calculated CAPEX at $538 (including Stage 2 Expansion).
New Funding package indicates another $548 million as remmaining CAPEX (Plus $25 Million Contingency). Add another $352 million for liquidity and cost overuns.
Cost to complete $538M + $573M + Cost Overuns ? = more than 120% of initial Capex.
