I hear you. But it may not have been entirely up to Stef. For example, I believe that the OEM for Phase 1 was/is Chinese.
The Chinese have a BIG THING about “losing face”. The OEM may have put up a lot of resistance to calling in a US expert. There may have even been contractual clauses involved. IDK. Just thinking out loud.
They may have resisted calling in a 3rd party until it became inevitable. We just don’t know.
I just hope the bloody thing keeps working for 11 months until they stop it for maintenance.
