dont forget that 0.75 tcf is after royalties...before royalites, its actually 1 tcf of gas plus same again in value of liquids, so ~2 tcf
then add those other leases, that will return home...
plus some extra open leases they are likely to pick up, as the main developer in the area
the numbers from 2020...were ~3 tcf of gas and same again in value of liquids, so ~6 tcf
not too shabby
