    htran, sadly I think you are very mistaken.
    As astroider said, they have had so long to pay out the $9 million. They haven't because it appears that don't have the money.
    You will be lucky to receive 0.00c back my friend.This is more likely because the major shareholder will mop up all minority holders in a recap deal and the company will delist IMO.
    Lights are officially out after today I'd say
