Iam not too worry about PEZ. I don’t think the directors want to scam aussie shareholders.
directors have not sold a single shares, all the selling have come from the bondholders. Who convert debt into shares prior to IPO.
What have majority owners gain in the past 2 years? Beside having their holding drop in valuation. From $180 mil company to be value at $18 mil.
Lets just wait for the liquidator report.
Iam more concern about XPD, where directors sold shares without informing the market and now deliberately want the company to be in suspension PEZ is fine, i don’t see fraud here.
