    I don't think you can. China does not care about international law as often demonstrated for years now.
    The assets would not have been transferred out of the listed company unless those doing so thought they could get away with it.

    Maybe borrow a small dingy, hoist the Australian flag and sail into the South China sea brandishing a placard. Now that WILL get the attention of the Chinese brass..
