isn't there already an agreement between the Australian Federal police and the Chinese police in relation to pursuing financial fugitive.. Premiere Eastern Energy company directors are now almost technically Australian financial fugitive, hiding in China.

the Australian Police have previously, confiscated proceed of crime in Australia and return the money to Chinese public security (police). The Chinese should return the favour.
If we push ASIC hard enough, ASIC and the AFP will act. This case is not difficult, the money and/or assets is there. The prove is there.. we just need ASIC to act.

if you loss money in this fraud, write to ASIC, write to your local MP, write to the Chinese media.. the more publicity this case receive. The more likely ASIC and the Chinese Police will pursue the case.
