I am still wondering what ASIC will do , I do not have the financial resources to chase this up , the company Auditors really need to be taken to task over this as well , given they signed off on the books .
Hard for me not to tar all Chinese company directors with the same brush after having been burnt my PEZ SGG and BGG .
Chinese govt should also be held to account , and have the directors extradited to Oz to face the law here , but I doubt anything will happen .
ASIC is a paper tiger , no wonder retail investors favor property over ASX listed companies where assets can miraculously disappear with seeming impunity to directors who are supposedly looking after the shareholders interests .
