If you compare other automotive components, OEM'S usually outsource or co-develop/co-engineer (using vendors intellectual property) specialised components such as brake systems, steering racks, infotainment, airbags, rain/proximity/lidar sensors etc.
Liser along with the synergies b/w MNS, C4V and im3 are going to be ridiculously valuable to automotive companies (Inc. Commercial) and can see this technology greatlly expanding over the coming years and will try to be copied by others. Glad C4V are a first mover in this space with their battery composition being the competitive advantage.
I'm sure they are in talks with multiple OEM's at the moment. It takes 4-8 years to engineer a platform and vehicle from start to production and certain there will be countless NDA's in place to protect commercials for all parties until vehicles are announced to market.
Greatly excited to see what the future holds!!
