Your numbers are backwards, aren't they ?
EXAMPLE
300,000 BRKO (Old options) now equals
100,000 NEW options
Buy Price is 0.006 equals $600 FOR 100,000 NEW Options
Exercise price is 0.03 EQUALS $3,000 Good until December 2020
