So basically you get:
* 1/3 of your options (soon to be expired) for next to nothing
* Exercise price @ 3c within next two years (the SP will be well above that so definitely in the money)
I hold no options but if I did it's a no brainer --- basically free extended oppies vs losing them Dec 21...
