it really isn't that difficult to process (blue hat). Many here have their red and black hats on. I think the company used their green hats and came up with a great deal. Whether it gets approved is the only stumbling block that I can see. Even if it does that doesn't guarantee long term share price success but it provides hope and options.
So is the risk of approval great or small?
Is it a token gesture or are the company fair dinkum?
