So did I. I have a bet with Broker Tim that the conversion will be greater than 50 %. I recommend all option holders convert. Get a loan to do it. Don't sell your Heads. Otherwise you have reduced your leverage on an outstanding stock.

I am very pleased with the progress EXR has made in the last few months. Some exceptional results late in the piece to really get those options over the line. I am sure this company is going to really outperform in a BIG WAY.
