Hey guys, I've been a long time lurker here learning as much as I can before making my first investment into EXR, finally jumping into it yesterday.

One thing keeps getting mentioned between the forums is that the share price is being suppressed at current levels due to options and their upcoming expiry.

I cannot for the life of me understand why this is the case/what benefit there is for options holders for the price to remain at the recent price range we've seen. Can someone much smarter then me please explain how this all works/whats in it for them??
