I agree - why wouldn't you exercise fully at 16c when market is trading 23-28c. only reason I see is lack of upfront cash liquidity.
As for the rest, everything is moving in the right direction for this sector and space - morocco/ the other Co's in the region. The asset is solid and the neighbours corroborate this. As ever our issue is PR but I have to say this looks to be improving, albeit slowly. The problem is not the asset - which is worth a lot more than a poxy 30c.
As I have long stated, this is a hold till drill then either champagne or real-pain.
