Raise was on 20th March 2023, as per ASX Announcement. $0.036 raise with a free attaching option for every 2 shares subscibed in the raise with a strike price of $0.055 expiring 30th March 2023.
ASX please explain for SP rise was 16th August 2023.
Didnt stop the momentum though, by end of August the high was reached.
From late March SP plan close till the break through if the $0.036 raise price mid August the SP traded below this level, a period of 4.5 months.
In the case of WBT raise, the SP traded below the CR price of $0.28 for just 4 weeks.
As with WBT, 4DS, BLG is in the same sector, has had a multti yr decline in SP as it developed its technology, has done a CR with options to reward holders as the technology is set to be commercialised.
The important aspect of long multi yr declines is that uncommitted holders are gone by now or willing sellers into any rally providing liquidity for new investors.
Whilst many don't understand the value of the free options, those that do scoop them up as early as possible.
Whether it takes 4 weeks or 4 months for any rally to eventuate, looking forward to the market rediscovering BLG and its potential as it is definitely closer to substantial revenues than both WBT and 4DS even if those revenues may not be as substantial.
