I find it very disappointing the Directors support for the capital raise was so low. Some of my friends don't share this concern. Apparently in Canada it is considered better that Directors have no shareholding, so they are not conflicted in performing their duties. To me it is a red flag for BLG (and NWC another one of my holdings where Directors did not support the capital raise).
Notwithstanding my concern it is a red flag, the price action is positive (see chart commentary). I bought another parcel today based on that price action and comments in the recent quarterly report.
