??Fonterra Shareholders' Market Launch Date - 30 November 2012 ??

NZX Limited ("NZX") advises that Fonterra has received the approvals required
under section 109B of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, enabling the
new Fonterra Shareholders' Market ("FSM"), part of the Fonterra Trading Among
Farmers System ("TAF"), to come into operation.

?Further to the notices of amendment provided to NZX Listed Issuers and NZX
Market Participants on 23 October 2012, NZX hereby advises that the first
date of operation for the FSM will be 30 November 2012.??Accordingly, the
amendments to the NZX Participant Rules, NZX Participant Rule Procedures and
the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal Rules notified to the market on 23
October 2012, will come into force, and will become binding, as from 12.01am
on 30 November 2012. ??Copies of the amended Rules and Procedures are
