Nature of Business: The Global Bond Trust ("the Fund") is a unit trust, as
defined in the Unit Trusts Act 1960. The beneficial interest in the Fund is
divided into units with each unit representing an equal interest in the
assets of the Fund, but not conferring any interest in any specific asset of
the Fund.
The objective of the Fund is to outperform the Barclays Global Aggregate
Index by 100 basis points (1%) over a rolling three-year period, hedged in
New Zealand dollars.
