LISTING: MEL: Government confirms key dates for Meridian share offer
For immediate release: 16 September, 2013
Meridian notes that today the Government confirmed that it is proceeding with
the sale of up to 49% of its shares in Meridian, and announced that the offer
document for the offer is intended to be registered on Friday 20 September.
The following key dates with regard to the offer were also announced by the
Government:
o Monday 30 September: Retail Offer expected to open
o Friday 18 October: Retail Offer closes
o Tuesday 29 October: Meridian expected to list on the NZX and ASX.
