Details of Offer: Offer by the Crown of up to 1,255,870,000 Shares in the
company, which represents up to 49% of total shares on issue. Payment for the
shares is to be made in two instalments, and successful applicants will be
issued with Instalment Receipts (MELCA) with each Instalment Receipt
evidencing a beneficial interest in one share. The first instalment is to be
paid upon application and the final instalment payable by 15 May 2015.
