LISTING: MEL: Meridian registers offer document
For immediate release: 20 September, 2013
Meridian has today registered a combined investment statement and prospectus
("Offer Document") for its initial public offering of shares. The Offer
Document will be available to New Zealanders at www.meridianshares.govt.nz,
or by calling 0800 90 30 90 to order a hard copy.
Meridian's Share Offer is expected to open to New Zealanders on 30 September
and close at 5pm on Friday 18 October. The institutional offer will take
place on 21-23 October.
All details of the offer are included in the Offer Document. The Crown's
announcement today in relation to the offer is attached.
