Its not like ANY directors have done a good job , former directors know the mess as well as current ones . And all had big roles in all of the mess too! They all know including (skene) the share structure most importantly. As some of us know about that suspicious 5million dollars and new director a few years back to keep the balance of power and not get voted down.
There is proably no winners in this. Its a balls up what ever way you look.
