Not a surprise! Processors paying over $10kg milk solids making dairying very viable and organic receives a premium price..
Greed comes to mind, but where are they going to source the A2 Organic raw product from. Many organic dairy farmers have shut down their operations due to the heavy cost of production and processors will be feeling the pinch with transport costs.
Of interest since they have sold off asset(farms) how many cows do they actually milk and how much milk is produced per year. Would expect not enough to make it a viable proposition for shareholders.
