Yes, a bit of a worry. Despite being around as a Company for over 15 years they only publicly listed in 2018 and obviously did not do an adequate risk register of their Company on listing. They seem to be fixing these problems on-the-run or more in a reactive mode rather than pro-active mode.
None the less at least we seem to be getting some business performance and execution of strategy. They seem to keep their cards close to their chest so to speak, which indicates to me some lack of confidence which hopefully wanes as business/revenue grows. I think Kurt has been a good addition. They do need to polish up on their compliance requirements and also to build social capital with the market - I think the non-revenue disclosure was a deliberate omission but became to glaringly obvious to the point of embarrassing. Hopefully the governance/decisions will get better and better with each error.
