Why would it? From my understanding the responsibility for issuing shares is one of the company secretary’s responsibilities . The announcement made on the 17th January relating to the company secretary being replaced now makes total sense. The directors were obviously not happy with such an administrative oversight and moved quickly to remove the company secretary responsible for the error. If anything this shows decisive action which i think demonstrates great leadership.
All in all it is a bump in the road but doesn’t change the fact that the company has assembled a serious team of people here with outstanding backgrounds in the fields of drug combinations but more so artificial intelligence in particular.
I have become a shareholder because from my research this company is the best combination of leverage and a top notch AI program that i have found.
