I have read the asx listing rules referred to and it relates to "Requirements applicable to Reports and Production targets." It would seem that AAU is not adhering to these requirements in fact the last report appeared to me to be bland and lacking in detail. Cautionary statements that AAU have been adding lately also have strict requirements. And now Brian and his directors need to pay professionals to what protect them for failures to report accurately and within the rules. Pathetic.
