Lawyers are not exactly cheap - but of course AAU should know this (from recent experience) - but hey, why worry as it's money from shareholders that ultimately foots these shortcomings. Should a $mill be inbound from mystery investors, perhaps they're asking as to how much of it (if any) would be used for proceedings such as this - but then on this sort of news they may probably look elsewhere to invest - not a good look. As for financiers - who knows whether they'd be a little careful too - perhaps hence why no deal as yet?
Sadly, a couple of years ago AAU was full of promise - and despite time passing, still running on empty and massively diluted. Nothing short of disastrous and management have not as yet proven otherwise. AIMO
