that, immediately following completion of the Offer, ZEHL will have a
shareholding in the company of between 40% and 50%; and
- An offer by the company of $422.4 million (130,000,000- 113,000,000) of new
ordinary shares.
The Offer comprises a Retail Offer, which includes a Staff Pool and a Broker
Firm Offer, and an Institutional Offer. There is no general public offer. The
Broker Firm Offer comprises a New Zealand Broker Firm Offer and an Australian
Broker Firm Offer
Quoted Securities at Completion of Offer: 400,000,000
Minimum Subscription: $3,000 for Broker Firm Offer, $1,000 for Staff Pool
Offer and multiples of $100 thereafter.
