When seeing so many negative comments from people who hold no shares you wonder what their motivation is. They make the effort to look up a company, read announcements, make comments.. Logic says:
1. Downramping to buy in
2. Downramping to influence TO
I get LPDs motivations, but if the offer is so bad it should speak for its self. The rest of the commentators, be aware that downramping followed by buying is illegal.
