Well that sounds and looks like a good deal - Until you check the details = LIT need to be paying only $1,122,460.00 for a 15% interest!
And to move to 50% - will need to fine another $1,870,000.00.
Looks like LiT have to pay to do a deal these days - Like to know where these dollars are going to come from?
