@Beton2, Actually, it was clear from EMH announcements and my email correspondence with Keith Coglan that it was nothing to do with AG personaly. L-Max was rejected after considerable consultation with many people. It was rejected because it was, in Keith's words, "not proven." It still has not been proven to be commercial.
By the time EMH is ready to commit (12 months away I would suggest) the Sileach LS test plant may be convincing enough. Both processes involve just chemistry and some material handling issues, no dramas forseen there. I think the successful tests already conducted on both L-Max and SiLeach, mostly overseen by LIT, will be strongly endorsed by larger scale testing.
