How great it would be if our Board would come around with a capital increase based on a premium price payed by an institutional investor (i.e. getting shares for 2 cent each). Wouldn't that more or less automatically get us to the price payed for shares within the capital increase (i.e. 2 cents) and burn that "opportunistic" offer from LIT?
