R08 makes a great find which he points out on the LIT thread. He makes reference to page 5, item b) iii.
With this in mind, my understanding is that the deal is void due to the fact that on the 22nd and 23rd of February LIT SP hit 14c which is 22.3% less then 18c.
Is this correct to say the deal is void?
