As stated in the announcement dated 6 April 2022,
Lithuim Australia selects Lycopodium to assist with DFS of LFP production plant.

"Construction of a dedicated small-scaleproduction facility for the purposes of material accreditation is a critical part of the feasibility process. We are committed to the construction of such a facility, the design of which will form part of the DFS."
Spin it anyway you like, this was well known in advance as part of the DFS.
