To be fair, the company had an atrocious track record with exploring tenements. They spent millions on tenements that were duds, they then had the $35k fine from WA at Greenbushes (from memory) which led to rehabilitation, and the chemical side of the business went no where.
Getting rid of these assets makes sense if they do not plan on mining or chemical production
