That said, they are being monitored closely by ASX already. Below is an excerpt from an email I received from ASX compliance department about a week ago. It refers to a complaint made regarding an ALLEGED failure to disclose market sensitive information.

Importantly, no findings (adverse or otherwise) have been made by ASX or ASIC as at the time of writing that I am aware of. But it's fair to say that their conduct is being monitored closely.

"ASX is currently reviewing this matter to determine whether there may have been a breach of the Listing Rules. The balance of this letter sets out the possible outcomes of this investigation if a breach is found to have occurred."
