Opinions sought please:
It is likely that LIT will 'commit' to build a L-Max processing plant by July 2020?
What is the 'commit' threshold level LIT has to meet to qualify for an 20 yr. extension of their L-Max licenses, including WA entirely?
I would like to have been a fly on the wall when LPD management were thinking through the GXY and WA Mt. Catlin matrix.
How will LPD process the mica at Mt.Catlin if LIT hold the WA L-Max license? Have I missed something?
