Can i ask a question of you knowledgeable LPD holders, i know it's beer o'clock but i am curious about something.

I hold PIO so i follow LPD due to the Pioneer Dome connection and at the time wondered how they were able to establish the relationship as it is outside of the so called agreement with LIT that gave LIT WA exclusivity.

Then back in August i saw the LPD announcement of the relationship in the MXR Moriarty Project in WA.

Was the 2015 agreement full of holes that mean LPD can use L-Max in WA?
