@juk, you are right, EMH is the third party and irrelevant... Except for the fact that it is their project. As I mentioned before, the license is project specific. If you are not the legal owner of the project, there would be no license for it irrespective of exclusivity. And as @a_t re-posted, LIT very publicly removed themselves from the Cinovec project. Thus LITs license is now exclusive... for the next project they want to do. To take from one of your previous analogies, its like having a license to fish for tuna, then when there is no tuna, using the same license to collect crayfish.
