Feb 2016 LIT all of a sudden have a 'new' process
Mar 2016 LIT and EMH break it off
Apr 2016 LIT state that L-Max is not patented
May 2016 PLP and EMH reach license agreement
Aug 2016 All of a sudden LIT interested in EMH again... court action.
