I think it will off take after the plant is working and new investors will join. Actual the Lithium market is a little bit down and the hype is cooled down a little bit, but I think it will be stoke up when the car manufacturer all over the world starting with their alternative electric mobility, Tesla's Gigafactory ('s) opens and the need of cheap Lithium is going up. so might be that these will start in the late quarter this year or in 2018 but I'm sure it will going up
