Yes, you are right but the method of an fusion should be approved from both sides not by an suprising offen which are under the worth. LIT should have come to LPD open and with an JV not with an Cort action before. Now it looks like a very sad action by LIT to come out of the actual situation and put pressure on LPD, which is not the finest way to ensure a good relationship.
