Really? They advised the market they will file a counter claim by the 23rd of December. The market is yet to receive an update of their counter claim.
So how are you privy to this information?
If they are so confident of a favourable outcome then why the takeover offer... ?! The theories offered so far by LIT investors seem to be so far nonsense.
