    The kicker will be the interest rate then take account of 13% upfront discount could be very expensive funding.

    Without the coupon rate cannot work out the cost of funds - why did they leave that out still negotiating I hope

    Where is the off take partner funding at or is another Non Renounceable issue in the winds just like mustang.

    Oh by the way a $750 million asset manager in US is very small fry
