Envirostream has a 99 year licence from the EPA to recycle Li ion batteries onshore in Australia, name another that has the same licence.

You should clarify that the Licence is not li-ion battery specific - that's just poetic licence - there are plenty of "like" holders across the country.
However quite irrelevant as standby for a bombshell as it is not possible for EPA to issue a 99 year licence for these activities. Maximum is 20 years unless and, under exceptional circumstances, the activity is LANDFILL. Now you don't want the lads to be landfill participants do you - defeat the purpose no doubt.
So think you'll find a "little" 79 year adjustment will take place and all that reported hype and flag waving will need to be addressed and retracted.
You and others will no doubt all leap about shouting scandal, can't be, lies lies and more lies, but hey DYOR and it's crystal clear.
