They have made a number of announcements saying how to convert LITCC (the existing partly paid share) and I presume these would be done the same way. How to do it is included in the announcement adding the newly converted shares to the register (3B, I think). Look up an old 3B announcement.
When I converted my LITCC some months ago it involved making a BPay payment and sending an email to the Secretary. It was a while ago but I think that's what I did. You will need something on your payment so they can identify that it is yours.
